Trombly Ltd.'s Emerging Bureaus provides full-service coverage of the emerging markets to major US and European business publications.

We typically hire our full-time staff either after advertising for specific positions, or from our pool of freelancers.

We are always in need of freelance writers and editors.

For freelance writers, we are looking for language expertise -- Russian, Chinese, and Japanese currently most in demand. We also look for domain expertise, in technology, in the financial services, in the pharmaceutical industry, and in general business coverage.

We prefer to hire people with reporting experience, but we will also train candidates with the right skills.

For our editors, we need people to have native-level English skills, willingness to work odd hours, and the ability to help beginning writers.

Again, we prefer to hire people who already know AP style and have worked on news editing desks at English-language newspapers or magazines, but we will also train the right candidate.
