Meeting expectations
Employee will outline the requirements for the job and how they were met.
Exceeding expectations
Employee will outline the areas where expectations were exceeded, and the employee took on additional jobs and responsbilities.
Expanded scope
Employee will outline the areas where the expected duties expanded and developed during the course of the work term.
Economic development
Employee will outline the degree to which the economy as a whole grew, and prevailing salaries increased, during the work term.
Increased qualifications
Employee will outline the areas in which personal qualifications increased due to, for example, formal education, on-the-job training, or professional development.
Suggested salary and benefits increase
Employee will make a recommendation for a new salary and benefits. Benefits could include, but are not limited to, additional vacation days, flex time, or additional training.
